Volunteer as a 4-H leader, assist other shut-ins, volunteer at an animal shelter, take a class in anything.
Start by going out your door and talking to the first neighbor you encounter. Do something nice for all your neighbors.How can a person end his isolation ?
Find a church-take some college courses and get into
at least one study group-volunteer at a hospital. They're
always looking for people to help...
See if there is a mission someplace that provides food
for poor people and find out when you can give it to them!
