Best see your doctor, and try a antihistamine it some times works well for allergic reactions

Try Aloe Vera as well its also excellentI was working with some isolation material before, now it itches really bad, how do i get rid of this itch?
I get this problem sometimes working with certain materials. It causes my hands to get really, really itchy with tiny red spots. Your best solution would be to go to a doctor, but a doctor alone usually is quite a nuisance and for some of us, costly.

I would recommend going to a pharmacy and picking up any sort of lotion that's 0.5% hydrocortisol (Like Cortaid, which is the brand I've got at the moment). It's only a few dollars. The way I've been told by my pharmacist is the best way, is to put on a THIN layer, let it soak in for a few minutes, then put on another thin layer and go about with your business. I've been using this for a few weeks now and I've felt a million times better.

Avoid those materials from now on, of course, and if you have to use them, use gloves.

If it doesn't go away in a day or two, or gets worse, or unbearable, go to a doctor immediately.
insultation? like the fiberglass type? you can use benydryl cream to sooth the skin. Or hydrocortizone cream. Dont rub it. The red spots are where bits of the glass are in your skin. A friend how uses it all the time ( he is a home builder) uses a roll of duct tape turned so the sticky side is out to roll over his skin and get the stuff off.
