What is the sliding defense and isolation defense in rugby and where would a prop be right after a scrum?

The sliding defence (thank you Rugby League):

Lots of other defence tactics including isoaltion defence:

Where should a prop be after a scrum?

In attack: running towards the breakdown to secure the next phase.

In defence: retiring to help defend against the upcoming attacking phase.
