Im looking to bulk up and increase muscle mass over the next three months for rugby season. Ive seen and made a lot of training programs and each one has different types of exercises. THE QUESTION.. Should i do workouts with strictly compound exercises, or should i do a mixture of compound and isolation? Also should it be Full Body or Split training? you should do a mixture of both compound and isolation..u should do split training so you don't overtrain.
