Is it true that 3 day full body workouts are better than isolation exercises?

Like if I work out all my muscles three times a week, about 4-6 for each muscle, with different sets and reps i will get nmore results than if i did chest triceps monday back and biceps tuesday ect.Is it true that 3 day full body workouts are better than isolation exercises?
seriously ppl say alot of things but u know what. everyones body is different to some extent. but its better to give ur body rest time-to-timeIs it true that 3 day full body workouts are better than isolation exercises?
Many professional bodybuilders believe that targeting each muscle group separately gives the best results. Doing so allows you to spend the time on each muscle group (3-4 exercises, 3-4 sets each) without spending half the day at the gym. Also, this approach lets those muscles rest and grow while you work other muscles. If you do not allow a rest period for muscles to grow you will no see optimal results.
