What kind of camera are you using? All the Canon Powershots have a feature called ';color accent'; that allows you to automatically do this in the camera.
Hey... did you try to fix it as a powerpoint document? Maybe if you copy the image into a powerpoint document, there you have tools to change the appearance of the image. Click on it with the right button. Good luck!
