Would building a room inside a room help improve sound isolation?

Because they say that noise bleeds through ceiling or floor can only be prevented 50% or less by using ceiling caps etc.


And for the walls you have to put isolating material in between them. So if you literally built a room inside a room by applying isolation techniques would it make a difference?Would building a room inside a room help improve sound isolation?
Definitely, but if no room hasn't been built yet, I would check out the sound dampening insulation that can be put in and just build the one room.





If you have a room already you wish to sound dampened, several techniques can be used. Insulation can be added to inside of walls by properly licensed companies. Curtains, drapes, tapestries can also help deaden sound in a room and to cut sound reflections.
