Do you think some isolation is good when you want to achieve success?

I recently got out of three year relationship a couple of months ago.. I am over it but now i want to focus on myself (work out, martial arts and get a 4.0 in school). Do you think a certain isolation will be needed to achieve my goalsDo you think some isolation is good when you want to achieve success?
i think that if you distance yourself

from any distractions than surely

it will be possitive and youll be able to

focus on the most important aspects of your life

this doesnt mean you should cut your closest

friends out of you life just tell them

you want some space, they should understand perfectlyDo you think some isolation is good when you want to achieve success?
Some people do well being isolated, some don't. It depends on your personality. If you find you need to have social contact-relations; establish relations with those who have similar goals. Weed out the pretenders and negative types. Stay away from ones who say it's too hard or you can't do it. What they really mean is it was too hard for them and they couldn't do it. And they secretly hope you can't do it either. It's surprising to learn that friends and even family will talk the talk in front of you, but behind you hoping you don't achieve your goals. Yes, I do. I think when you are with someone for awhile you become a co-dependent. It is good to rediscover who you are for awhile. Once you hit the gym and the 4.0 you will be excited to share your body and brains with someone.
NO

I believe open communication and confronting all your fears is what makes the wolrd go round and makes us grow.

I like to know whats going on.

Being ignorant and avoiding situations is usually bad.
