White Collar criminals who steal billions (but of course without a gun) from innocent working class people? if you really want to get a knot in your brain, compare the various minimum sentences for drug charges with other crimes- simple posession (felony) can be a 1-4 year sentence, while violent misdemeanors frequently have less than 2.





not to mention all the reductions in the term and time off for ';good behavior'; sheesh!

It was more than robbery, it included kidnapping and other felonies.





Stop giving this poor-excuse-for-a-human-being so much concern.
If jury nullification must be endured then so must this sentence.
