Please help! I really need answers, it's for my fbz subject. We were given a handout but it doesn't help much.. Waah! It's so hard! What is the Isolation and Identification of subcellular components?
The smaller parts within a cell are the sub-cellular components you have in mind.

Examples are - chloroplasts, mitochondria, Nucleus/ nuclei; DNA

and many others.

Every thing within a cell is SUB-CELLULAR.

In order to study them in the minutest details ; the cell is broken or lysed and the components are separated.

There are various methods to do it, viz- Physical, Chemical and Enzymatic.

After the Lysis or breakage the components are isolated /separated ,identified according to their characters and studied. What is the Isolation and Identification of subcellular components?
