ecolink is right in saying that these factors can lead to, or be involved in, speciation; but, i wanted to point out that speciation does not affect or happen to an organism. they happen to lineages and populations - individuals do not speciate. How do geographical barriers ecological isolation behavior isolation and polyploidy affect an organism?
All of these can lead to speciation because they prevent individuals from interbreeding with each other.
